Refund policy
Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
- The item must be in brand-new, unused, unread, and resalable condition.
- Books must show no signs of wear, including but not limited to:
- bent or creased covers
- cracked spines
- folded or dog-eared pages
- writing, highlighting, or markings
- scratches, stains, odors, or other damage
- All original packaging, promotional items, bookmarks, stickers, art prints, signed bookplates, merchandise, freebies, and accessories included with the order must be returned in their original condition.
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Any return that does not meet every requirement above will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Signed books
- Personalized or customized items
- Limited edition products
- Book boxes
- Apparel
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Subscription products or memberships
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and thoroughly inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the shipping box
- Photos of the packing materials
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout may be subject to return shipping fees. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled.
